Fayette County Discussions is an independent community initiative designed to bring residents and organizations together to discuss important local issues. Our platform serves communities across all of Fayette County, Pennsylvania — from Uniontown and Connellsville to Brownsville, Masontown, Smithfield, Perryopolis, and Belle Vernon.

Whether you live in a borough, township, or the city of Uniontown, Fayette County Discussions is your platform. We provide a respectful forum where residents can learn, ask questions, share perspectives, and engage with leaders from across Fayette County, Pennsylvania.

The initiative is committed to providing factual information, encouraging civil dialogue, and promoting greater understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Fayette County. Fayette County Discussions was founded by Matthew Dowling, a former Pennsylvania State Representative, communications strategist, and Fayette County resident. Matthew created this initiative to encourage constructive community engagement and provide residents with opportunities to hear directly from local leaders and organizations across Fayette County, Pennsylvania.

Search Underway for Missing 15-Year-Old Midnight 'Minnie' Stout From Penn Township Area

Law enforcement and community members across Westmoreland and Fayette counties are urgently seeking the public's help in locating 15-year-old Midnight 'Minnie' Stout, missing for approximately 14 hours. Her boyfriend, Armando Captivilla, was last seen around 11:30 a.m. in the Trafford area. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
